Executive Committee Meetings are held in public.  Any member of the Forum may, if they wish, submit a written question to the Executive that will be answered at the beginning of the meeting.

We regret that open discussion from the floor and subsidiary questions cannot be accommodated.  Minutes can be found here.  Meetings are chaired and recorded by a rotating facilitator and note taker.
